This policy explains what personal information AZARCO Properties LTD (“AZARCO”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and only collect what we genuinely need to help you.

Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us through our enquiry, shortlist, newsletter and contact forms — such as your name, email, phone number, country of residence, budget range, property preferences and any message you send.
• Basic technical & source information — the page you arrived on and how you found us (for example, a link from Instagram), so we can understand which channels are useful. We do not build advertising profiles from this.

You are never required to share more than you choose. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we keep only what's needed to follow up on your request.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the property information, shortlist or service you asked for.
• To arrange viewings, follow up on your requirements, and keep you informed about the specific request you made.
• To send occasional property updates and new-release information — only if you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine property enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and manage enquiries (our website and CRM platform provider, and our email delivery provider), acting on our instructions and under confidentiality.
• Google and Meta, only if you allow Analytics or Advertising cookies — see Cookies & analytics.
• Professional advisers (such as a lawyer or notary) only where necessary to progress a request you have made, and with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet reasonable business and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to a use, or withdraw consent at any time. Just email info@azarcoproperties.com and we will action it.

Cookies & analytics

On your first visit a banner asks what you allow. Nothing optional loads until you choose, and “Reject all” is exactly as easy as “Accept all”. “Manage preferences” lets you pick category by category:

• Necessary — always on. What the site needs to work: sending our enquiry forms securely, and remembering the cookie choice you made (kept in your browser as azarco_consent_v1).
• Analytics — off unless you allow it. Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to see which pages are visited and how people find us. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<id>, which normally last up to two years. Advertising storage stays switched off. With Analytics allowed we also remember in your browser which campaign first brought you to us (azarco_ft), and include it with any enquiry you send.
• Advertising — off unless you allow it. The Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It sets cookies such as _fbp, which normally last up to 90 days. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Advertising stays off.

You can change your mind at any time: choose Cookie preferences at the foot of any page. Withdrawing a category deletes its cookies from this site and stops it loading. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
