• Basic technical & source information — the page you arrived on and how you found us (for example, a link from Instagram), so we can understand which channels are useful. We do not build advertising profiles from this.

You are never required to share more than you choose. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we keep only what's needed to follow up on your request.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the property information, shortlist or service you asked for.
• To arrange viewings, follow up on your requirements, and keep you informed about the specific request you made.
• To send occasional property updates and new-release information — only if you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine property enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the website and manage enquiries (our website and CRM platform provider, and our email delivery provider), acting on our instructions and under confidentiality.
• Professional advisers (such as a lawyer or notary) only where necessary to progress a request you have made, and with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet reasonable business and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to a use, or withdraw consent at any time. Just email info@azarcoproperties.com and we will action it.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, and we store a small first-touch marketing attribution value in your browser so we can see which channel referred you. We do not use this for cross-site advertising.
